Artificial Intelligence that fits your actual business, not a demo

We design, build, and maintain AI systems for companies in Wales and across the UK. Our models process your data, learn from your operations, and produce outputs you can act on within days, not quarters.

What holds most organisations back from using AI

Common blockers

  • Data sits in spreadsheets, legacy databases, and email threads nobody has connected
  • Off-the-shelf AI tools produce generic answers that miss industry context
  • Internal teams lack the bandwidth to evaluate which models suit which tasks
  • Pilot projects stall because nobody owns the integration with existing software

How we remove them

  • We audit your data sources in week one and build a clean pipeline before any model training begins
  • Every model is fine-tuned on your domain vocabulary, product catalogue, or operational history
  • Our team pairs with yours: we handle the ML engineering while your staff focus on decisions
  • Deployment includes API endpoints, monitoring dashboards, and a handover document your devs can maintain

Services built around measurable outcomes

Predictive analytics

We train regression and classification models on your historical records to forecast demand, churn risk, or equipment failure. Most clients see usable predictions within three weeks of project kick-off.

Document intelligence

Invoices, contracts, inspection reports: our OCR and NLP pipeline extracts structured data from scanned or digital documents, then routes it into your ERP or CRM automatically.

Conversational AI

Custom chatbots and voice assistants trained on your product documentation and support tickets. They answer questions accurately, escalate when uncertain, and log every interaction for quality review.

Computer vision

Quality inspection on a production line, vehicle number-plate recognition for logistics, or shelf-stock monitoring in retail. We deploy edge-optimised models that run on existing CCTV hardware where possible.

Four stages from raw idea to running system

Discovery call

A 45-minute conversation where we map your data landscape, identify the highest-value AI use case, and agree on success criteria. No charge for this step.

Data preparation

We connect to your sources, clean inconsistencies, handle missing values, and build a reproducible pipeline so future retraining runs without manual effort.

Model development

Iterative training with weekly demos. You see accuracy metrics, confusion matrices, and sample predictions so there are no surprises at handover.

Deployment and support

We containerise the model, set up monitoring alerts, and provide 90 days of included support. After that, ongoing maintenance plans start at a fixed monthly fee.

A small team that ships production AI

We started in 2019 with two machine-learning engineers who were tired of seeing proof-of-concept models gather dust. The problem was rarely the algorithm. It was the gap between a Jupyter notebook and a live API that the rest of the business could actually call.

Today our team includes six engineers, a data architect, and a project coordinator. Everyone writes code. Nobody carries a title that exists only on LinkedIn.

Our office is in East Wolfwood, Wales, but most of our work happens remotely with clients across the UK and occasionally in mainland Europe. We visit on-site for hardware deployments, sensor installations, and the kind of whiteboard sessions that video calls cannot replace.

We are selective about the projects we accept. If a spreadsheet formula or a simple rule-based script solves your problem, we will tell you so and save you the cost of a neural network that adds complexity without adding value.

Straight answers, no jargon

It depends on the task. For tabular predictions like sales forecasting, a few thousand rows of clean historical data is usually enough. Image classification needs more, typically several hundred labelled examples per category. During the discovery call we review what you have and tell you honestly whether the volume justifies a model or whether a simpler approach would serve you better.
Most engagements fall between £8,000 and £45,000 depending on data complexity, the number of integrations, and whether the model runs in the cloud or on edge hardware. We quote a fixed price after the discovery phase so you know the total before any work begins.
Not unless you ask us to. By default we use UK-region cloud instances for training and inference. If your compliance requirements demand on-premises processing, we deploy to your own servers. We sign a data processing agreement before any data transfer takes place.
Yes. You own the trained model weights, the training pipeline code, and all documentation. We license nothing back to ourselves. The handover package includes a README, a Dockerfile, and a retraining script your internal team can run independently.
Every project includes 90 days of post-launch support covering bug fixes, performance monitoring, and one round of model retraining if your data distribution shifts. After that period, monthly maintenance plans are available starting at £600 per month.
